Overview
Sports Assistant in a small high school in the High Peak area, supporting autistic students and young people with social or emotional needs. Start: ASAP. Pay: £100-£115/day (PAYE, based on experience). Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4pm.

Responsibilities
* Support PE lessons and run activities that get students moving, have fun, and feel good about themselves.
* Work in groups or one-to-one, help with behaviour, and encourage positive attitudes through sport.
* Provide flexibility to support other lessons as needed.

Who We're Looking For
* Someone who loves sport and enjoys working with young people with additional needs.
* Patience, understanding, and a can-do attitude are a must.
* Experience with autistic students is a bonus but not essential.
What You Need
* A CV covering your last 10 years.
* At least 3 months of experience supporting young people.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Photo ID and proof of address.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply).
* Two recent references.
* Passion for helping young people thrive.
