Key Responsibilities
:
1. Independently manage a broad family law caseload.
2. Provide strategic advice across all areas of family law, including complex and sensitive matters.
3. Represent clients in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session.
4. Draft and negotiate legally binding agreements.
5. Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
6. Supervise and mentor junior team members.
7. Collaborate with other internal departments for cross-referrals.
8. Actively engage in business development, including writing, presenting, and networking.
9. Drive innovation and efficiencies within the department.
What We’re Looking For:
10. Minimum 6 years’ PQE in family law.
11. Demonstrable leadership and mentoring capabilities.
12. Strong commercial acumen and client-focused approach.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Comfortable working both independently and within a team.
