Responsibilities:
* Must have a prior experience in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.
* Takes pride in working with vulnerable people and takes safeguarding responsibilities seriously
* Work with a team of care workers and support staff to coordinate the delivery of services to a client's home
* Preferably has successfully completed NVQ Level 2 in Adult Social Care (or equivalent)
* Achieves all Health & Safety standards
* Prior caregiving experience with British Sign Language (BSL) knowledge
* Identify needs that are not addressed by existing services and advocate for their resolution.
* Communicate with families, caregivers, and service providers to ensure that care plans are implemented and individualised based on the client's needs.
* Share feedback with the care team to address issues and make recommendations for continuous quality improvement.
* Review service files to ensure that all records are complete and accurate.
* Effective decision-making and judgment
