This newly created role sits between Residential, Operations, Concierge and Business Support teams, ensuring residents receive a seamless, high-quality service while operational issues are managed efficiently and professionally.
Alongside strong coordination and administration responsibilities, this role offers a visible on-estate presence, with the successful candidate carrying out checks, liaising with on-site teams and helping uphold standards across residential buildings and amenity spaces.
Key responsibilities:
* Managing resident queries through the online portal
* Triaging requests to the correct internal teams
* Tracking issues through to resolution
* Producing KPI / service level reports
* Supporting Property Managers with coordination tasks
* Carrying out on-site checks across buildings and amenity areas
* Maintaining premium communication standards throughout
