Private Client Solicitor (4+ years PQE)Location: IsleworthSalary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE + BonusJob Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: ASAPA well-established, forward-thinking law firm in West London is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (4-10 years PQE) to join its respected Private Client Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated solicitor to manage a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of a collaborative and client-focused department.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Probate and estate administration
* Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
* Creation and administration of Trusts
* Court of Protection work
* Providing tailored wealth and succession planning advice
The role also involves maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting the firm's business development goals, and fostering strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of private client matters independently and efficiently
* Deliver high-quality, personalised legal advice in all areas of private client work
* Contribute to the financial performance of the department through effective caseload management and referrals
* Represent the firm professionally and build long-term client and professional relationships
* Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless client service
* Participate in networking and promotional activities as needed
Candidate Profile
* 4-10 years PQE with solid experience in Probate, Wills, Trusts, and estate planning
* Strong understanding of wealth planning and relevant tax considerations
* Proficient in using case management systems and working within compliance frameworks
* STEP qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented mindset
* Leadership or supervisory experience would be advantageous
