Job Purpose
* Managing a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets.
* Planning and undertaking assignments, striving to deliver service excellence.
* Leading a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you.
* Owning responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met.
* Contributing to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
* Building trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries.
* Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
* Setting an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager.

The successful candidate
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with demonstrable experience within practice.
* AAT qualification desirable.
* Experience managing a client portfolio, with a results-driven approach.
* Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship.
* A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery.
* A can-do attitude to problem-solving.
* Organised and able to oversee a team’s workload effectively.
