As Agent, you will lead the delivery of a major section of bulk earthworks and formation at Lower Thames Crossing. Managing and developing a high-performing engineering team you will provide leadership and technical guidance to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage of the proje

• nes.Oversee constructability reviews, sequencing strategies, and temporary works planning, identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation measures to maintain progress and saf
• ety.Collaborate closely with Commercial and Planning teams, monitoring costs, schedules, and productivity to ensure financial and programme targets are achie
• ved.Provide technical expertise and professional development opportunities to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge shar

ing.
