Salary and shift
Salary: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. £25,087.00 rising to £25,684.00 after 8 months.
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend off.
What you will do
You’ll be talking over the phone to customers with broadband tech-related queries. You may help with simple router questions or more complex issues, providing support with ownership and problem resolution. No specific experience required; if you are naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
