Our Practice Coordination Team We’re looking for a highly organised and adaptable Junior Personal Assistant to join our dynamic and collaborative team, supporting impactful work across the business. Based in our Competition practice, the Junior PA will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our team. They’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, supporting senior members of the Practice Coordination Team and taking ownership of routine tasks with a proactive and positive approach. The Junior PA will provide high-quality administrative support, always reflecting the values of both the Practice Coordination Team and Frontier more broadly. Key Responsibilities The list below outlines the core responsibilities and expectations for this role: Planning & Organisation You’ll play a vital role in keeping things running smoothly by: Managing internal meeting diaries, including room bookings. Entering key project and client information into Frontier’s internal systems. Organising venues for project social events. Supporting expense tracking by entering and maintaining accurate data. Taking clear, concise meeting notes and sharing summaries with the team. Arranging national and international travel logistics. Assisting with ad hoc admin tasks such as printing, binding, reception cover, and wider support across the Business Management TeamS (BMT) Impact & Delivery You’ll contribute to the team's success by: Using your initiative and learning from experienced PAs to spot and suggest ways to improve how we work. Completing tasks efficiently, meeting agreed deadlines and expectations. Proactively building your understanding of Frontier’s work through internal resources and meetings. Communication & Collaboration Strong relationships are key in this role, and you’ll: Work closely with senior Practice Coordination Team (PCT) members, taking on delegated tasks as needed Partner with your PCT Manager and Mentor to reflect on feedback and grow your skills Collaborate across BMT teams on shared projects and workstreams.
