About the role
You’ll work alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils build confidence, manage emotions and stay engaged in learning.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting pupils who need help managing behaviour
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Encouraging positive routines and classroom engagement
* Helping pupils build confidence and resilience
* Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
