Key Responsibilities:
As Night Manager in Portsmouth, you’ll be responsible for the smooth overnight operation of the hotel, including:
* Running the night audit process
* Managing and supporting a small night team
* Checking guests in and out
* Carrying out fire safety and security walks
* Responding to guest queries and overnight calls
* Ensuring excellent guest service throughout the night shift
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this Night Manager role in Portsmouth, you’ll ideally have:
* Previous Night Manager or Night Supervisor experience
* Experience running Night Audit procedures
* Knowledge of Guestline or similar hotel systems such as Opera
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A professional and reliable approach to overnight hospitality operations
