Childcare Lawyer | Cambridgeshire / Hybrid | to £58,168

The Role:
As the Childcare Lawyer in this multi-accredited practice, you will utilise your skills and expertise to advise public sectors and not-for-profit clients on a range of childcare matters.
Responsibilities:

* Care proceedings
\t
* Adoption
\t
* Legal Aid applications
\t
* Applications for secure accommodation
\t
* Public law outline matters (PLO)
\t
* Issues relating to the protection of children and young people
\t
* Attending court to conduct advocacy
\t
* Revoking placement orders
About You:
\t
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years + PQE
\t
* Experience in childcare law is essential
\t
* Strong work ethic
\t
* Strong communication skills
\t
* IT Proficient
\t
* Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Salary & Benefits:
\t
* Lawyer: £44,290 - £50,240 / Senior Lawyer: £50,790 - £58,168 DOE
