Head of Regeneration key responsibilities:
* Developing and leading regeneration strategies.
* Aligning regeneration goals with the borough’s Local Plan, London Plan, and community needs.
* Advising councillors and senior leadership on regeneration opportunities.
Project Delivery:
* Leading major redevelopment projects such as estate regeneration, town centre revitalisation, or infrastructure improvements.
* Managing multidisciplinary teams, including planning, housing, transport, and economic development officers.
* Overseeing procurement and contract management of developers and consultants.
* Collaborating with developers, housing associations.
