Excellent opportunity to join a growing team as a Hygiene Team Leader. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hygiene Team Leader to join our client on our afternoon/evening shift. This is a key role where you'll lead a dedicated hygiene team, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and compliance are consistently met across our facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership qualities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for maintaining a safe, hygienic, and audit-ready environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the hygiene team to deliver outstanding cleanliness and hygiene standards across the site. Ensure all team members are fully trained and competent in hygiene procedures, safety protocols, and chemical usage. Work closely with Technical and Quality departments to uphold internal and external hygiene standards. Take full accountability for all hygiene operations, ensuring all scheduled and ad hoc cleaning tasks are completed effectively. Participate in the procurement and stock control of hygiene chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Manage and oversee the internal hygiene audit schedule, ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date.✅ What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a hygiene leadership role, ideally in a food production or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of hygiene practices, cleaning chemicals, and relevant H&S and food safety regulations. Excellent team management and communication skills. Organised, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure. Confident working cross-functionally with Quality and Technical teams. Comfortable working Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM.
