The reception area is a high-traffic, dynamic environment that requires a candidate who can remain calm under pressure while maintaining a professional and scholarly image at all times. The Role You are the first point of contact for parents, distinguished visitors, and the local community. This role requires a blend of hospitality-level service and rigorous administrative accuracy. Front of House: Managing the digital visitor management system and ensuring all guests follow strict safeguarding and "Keeping Children Safe in Education" (KCSIE) protocols. Communication Hub: Managing a high-volume multi-line switchboard, filtering enquiries for the Senior Leadership Team, and managing the main school email account. Student Attendance: Managing the "late gate" each morning, updating attendance records on the school's MIS (SIMS/Arbor), and issuing late slips to students. Salary Range: £32,500 – £36,500 (Inner London Scale) Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent)
