The role
New Collaborative Learning Trust is looking for a Finance Assistant to provide vital support to the finance operations of our three secondary schools.
You will be joining a dynamic central team that underpins the work of all schools and colleges within the Trust. Our shared services span Health and Safety, Finance, Estates, HR and MIS, with colleagues working together to provide the support needed for the growth and success of the organisation.
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. From processing transactions, orders and invoices to obtaining authorisations and responding to queries, your work will help us deliver a high-quality, reliable finance service that underpins the success of our schools. The role will be predominantly based at Brinsworth Academy, though the flexibility to work across our other sites is important.
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and a customer-focused approach to your work. You should be confident using Microsoft Office applications and computerised administration systems, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed.
