Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Business Development Executive – Fresh Produce (B2B), based in Greater London. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and managing leads, and building long‑term relationships with clients. You will also manage accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This position requires a proactive and solution‑oriented individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to drive growth in the fresh produce sector.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
* Strong skills in Business Development and Account Management
* Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building abilities
* Results‑driven and goal-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in market research and competition analysis
* Experience in the fresh produce or B2B food industry is a plus
* Valid UK driving license
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
