We are specifically looking for freelance/self employed individuals to be added to our pool of staff to use throughout the festive season (October - January).
You will need to be able to invoice us monthly for the work you do rather than being added to our PAYE system. Dates will be agreed in advance with an option of anything between 1 - 5 days per week.
The successful applicant(s) will be required to support with the creation of bespoke Christmas displays around the Three Counties of Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
The role will include working as part of a team to prepare decorations in our workshop and could include working on client's premises to complete displays. Preparation of decorations involves wiring baubles, faffing greenery, using craft tools and decorating trees, garlands and wreaths.
We are looking for somebody who is hard-working and time-flexible around their working hours, particularly if they are out on an installation at client's premises. Some evenings and weekend work can be available.
Having a driving licence and access to your own car is beneficial as the location of our workshop is in rural Worcester (Kempsey).
If you are part of the team who are working on client's premises, you will need to be prepared to work in all weathers and environments as our installations vary from outdoor to indoor work.
A creative flair and a good eye for detail will be beneficial but full training will be provided.

The hourly rate listed above will be dependant on skill set and will be reviewed regularly.
