Role Responsibilities (Full spec avail):
* Builds and maintains employee desktops and laptops
* Manages Windows/macOS devices using tools like Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
* Automates deployments and fixes (PowerShell, scripts)
* Packages and deploys applications
* Handles patching, upgrades, and endpoint security
* Provides advanced (Tier 2/3) desktop support
* Improves reliability, performance, and user experience
Ideal Candidates:
* Practical experience working in fast-paced, time-critical environments- Industry/trading floor experience highly desired
* Strong ownership, attention to detail, and pride in quality delivery
* Solid Windows desktop and endpoint engineering background
* Familiarity with enterprise applications, virtual desktops, and user environments
* Comfortable with automation, scripting, and modern workplace technologies
