Your new role
The Billing Specialist will ensure that all billing procedures are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. The Billing Specialist works closely with various departments to verify billing data, resolve discrepancies, and assist with the preparation of financial reports. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with billing software are essential for success in this role.
Typical job duties would include:
1. Preparing, issuing, and sending high volumes of invoices.
2. Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies.
3. Analyzing all billing procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
4. Working closely with the business team to ensure accuracy of all bills.
What you'll need to succeed
* 1+ years’ experience in a Billing or similar finance role.
* Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
