The Role
* Deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
* Plan, assess, and differentiate lessons to support all learners
* Monitor progress and implement strategies to raise attainment
* Contribute to curriculum development within the English department
* Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic success
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (or due to achieve QTS for ECTs)
* Strong subject knowledge in English Language and Literature
* Passionate about teaching and student achievement
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Committed to continuous professional development
