About my client Due to significant growth my client is looking to appoint a Logistics and Transport Senior Perms Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant specifically focusing on the driving market. You will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry within the Logistics or Transport sector and have a proven background in winning and securing new business/ accounts within the perms sector. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates that feel they are undervalued or underpaid in their current role or feel that you have gone as far as you can in your current company. What are we looking for? • You are an experienced perms recruiter within Logistics or Transport sector and have a proven record in winning and securing new business within the recruitment industry • You’re good with people and love building relationships • You are an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within the driving perms sector • You’re good at performing under pressure • You have initiative and love working strategically • You enjoy being well paid for doing a good job Skills and experience required: • 12 months plus experience within recruitment within the logistics/driving sector within perms • Confident with speaking to new and existing clients and building long term partnerships with clients • Great communication skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: £35,000.-£40,000. Up to 40K basic per year plus amazing commisssion structure and an opportunity to work towards a management role overseeing your division and team.
