Duties
* Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
* Develop and execute seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
* Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during events and regular dining hours.
* Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
* Foster a positive team environment that encourages creativity and collaboration among staff members.
* Handle catering requests and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in fine dining, catering, and menu planning.
* Background in managing kitchen operations, including inventory management and food service management.
* Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and shift management.
* Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and best practices in culinary arts.
* Experience in banquet services is preferred, along with familiarity with dietary department operations.
