Our client in the Sleaford area is seeking an automotive sales professional to join its team.
Your duties as Van Sales Supervisor will include, but are not limited to:
6. Lead generation
7. Relationship building
8. Closing sales
9. Account management
10. Collect vans from auction
11. Help in other areas of the business where needed
12. Deal with inbound and outbound calls and queries
13. Stay up-to-date with developments in the industry to identify new areas for growth
Required experience for this Van Sales Supervisor role:
14. Proven experience in the automotive industry
15. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
17. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
18. Proficient in using CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationship
19. Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations
20. Must be smartly presented at all times
