Job Description
An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm that is seeking a Construction Lawyer to join its top-tier practice in London. The team advises on redevelopment and regeneration projects in the public sector, working with real estate companies, lenders, and educational institutions.
Experience required:
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or Common Law Jurisdiction
* Be between 2-4 PQE
* Experience of non-contentious construction work and in contentious construction work, such as UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation and/or arbitration and other forms of dispute avoidance / resolution (mediation, expert determination etc.)
* Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
* Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
