They are recruiting for a Business Transformation Manager to join their expanding IT department at their head office in the Prescot area of Liverpool.
The Business Transformation Manager will play a crucial role in driving and implementing organisational changes using technology and ensuring the company’s strategic digital and IT objectives are met.
They will be responsible for leading the IT department’s business transformation team and will be directly responsible for training, adoption and IT quality management on transformation initiatives.
Required Work Experience
* 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager, Program Manager, Business Analysis or Transformation role.
* Proven track record of successfully driving and implementing business transformation initiatives.
* Any industry experience in Science, Metals & Minerals, Agriculture, Energy or Circular Economy (preferred, but not essential).
Required experience for the Business Transformation role;
Technical Knowledge
* Business Strategy & Transformation: Business process improvement, strategic planning, financial analysis (ROI, cost–benefit, etc.).
* Change Management: Change frameworks, adoption planning, organisational development, employee engagement.
* Project Management: Project methodologies, risk/issue management, basic resource planning.
* Digital Transformation: Digital frameworks, technology integration, data-led decision making, cybersecurity and compliance awareness.
* Innovation & Solution Development: Innovation management, MVP principles, agile methodologies.
* Performance Measurement & CI: KPI/metrics development, continuous improvement methods, post-implementation review facilitation.

Required Qualifications
* Degree level (high grade) or higher.
* Business Analysis, Prosci, Lean or Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
