Department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for: Team Leadership: Oversee front-line manufacturing employees, across multiple departments and functions. Accountability of team and individual goals / contributions. Operational Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly and consistently, managing production schedules and material flow. Performance Targets: Drive the team to achieve targets in quality, cost, delivery. Process Improvement: Utilize problem-solving and continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and production throughput Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other functions for alignment on technical and organizational matters. Technical Oversight: Provide technical insight and guidance on processes, equipment, and new product applications. Train and mentor team members specifically across new product integration. Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of all resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
