About the Role We are seeking an experienced NOC Manager / Network Operations Lead to join on a contract basis. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee both in-country and offshore NOC teams, driving operational excellence, incident response, and stakeholder communication across a fast-growing network environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead, coach, and develop a team of NOC engineers (onshore and offshore). * Oversee 24/7 incident detection, escalation, and resolution across FTTP and FWA services. * Act as the escalation point for high-priority incidents, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders. * Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions. * Maintain NOC procedures, playbooks, SLAs, and ensure adherence. * Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve fault management processes. * Produce regular reporting on incident trends, team performance, and network health.
