Sodexo are looking for a driven, passionate and people-focused RegionalFacilities Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality FM services across a diverse and high-profile regional portfolio. You'll be home-based when not required on site, with frequent regional travel to support multiple locations across England, Scotland and Ireland. A company car is provided, with allbusiness expenses covered. About the Role As RegionalFacilities Manager, you will take full ownership of workplace and FM servicedelivery across a number of client sites. You'll lead Sodexo teams andsubcontractors, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, compliantly and inline with contractual expectations. This role is idealfor someone who is:

* Passionate about FM and service excellence

* A strong problem solver who can manage and resolve compliance issues confidently
* Comfortable working autonomously while influencing senior stakeholders
While the role is mainly Monday-Friday, you'll need to be flexible, occasionally working earlier or later to meet business needs.In return, you'll benefit from flexibility in your working hours and autonomy in how you manage your region. Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and develop regional operational teams
* Manage Hard and Soft FM service delivery across multiple sites
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements
* Proactively manage and resolve day-to-day compliance issues
* Drive audit readiness, governance and quality standards
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Manage budgets and support strong financial performance
* Act as a champion for Zero Harm and a positive safety culture
* Travel frequently across the region to support sites and teams

Strong experience in multi-site Facilities Management
* A genuine passion for FM and delivering great workplace experiences
* Proven people management and leadership skills
* A team-focused mindset with excellent collaboration skills
* Strong problem-solving ability and confidence in decision-making
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Experience managing compliance, audits and governance
* Commercial awareness and budget management experience
* Flexible approach to working hours and regional travel
* Comfortable working from home and independently managing a regional role
