We are looking for a 2-3 PQE lawyer to join the dynamic and collaborative legal team at one of the world’s leading research, educational, and professional publishers.

What you’ll do
* Provide legal support across a broad range of commercial and publishing matters.
* Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on diverse commercial agreements, templates, terms and conditions, and related arrangements.
* Advise on publishing and media law issues.
* Work on international licensing and distribution agreements, supporting global business initiatives.

* Experience in intellectual property, particularly copyright and licensing.
* A collaborative, approachable style and excellent communication skills.
* Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting abilities, combined with commercial awareness.
