Nursery Nurse Location: Cambridge Hourly Rate: £14.65 per hour We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our team, supporting various nurseries across the Cambridgeshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking for a flexible agency role, with options for lunch cover or full-day shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery environment Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s learning and development Assist with daily routines such as mealtimes, naps, and toileting Collaborate with nursery staff to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues What We’re Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner, with a solid understanding of childcare best practices Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work across different nursery settings First Aid certification (preferred) Why Join Us?
