We will pay you £250 upon completing shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll).

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will support individuals with autism daily, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
About Maes Y Coed: Our newest home in Pembrokeshire near Pembroke Dock, Maes Y Coed, comprises four flats on the grounds of Bangeston Hall. We offer personalized care packages tailored to each adult's needs and preferences.
A typical day at Maes Y Coed may include:
* Providing high-quality, tailored care and support to individuals with autism.
* Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal prep, and household tasks.
* Supporting participation in community activities, leisure, and education.
* Fostering a positive environment that promotes independence and personal growth.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with standards.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have a compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Are resilient and patient, adapting to individual needs.
* Are willing to learn and follow team guidance.
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication.
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
