A client of ours in the Chelmsford area are recruiting a Sales Team Leader to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. Paying £30,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
You'll help build the team, drive results, and inspire those around you.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Build, lead & mentor a sales team
Help hire people and coach them to success
Take ownership of team performance - lead from the front
Manage key client accounts and drive upsell opportunities
Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Ops, Finance) to support growth
Report on team KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly
Attend trade shows & industry events
Create campaigns & strategies that boost visibility and engagement
Use CRM tools to keep sales performance on point
Shape the future of our sales strategy with the leadership team
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Team Leader position:
A solid track record in tech sales or B2B leadership essential
Experience building or leading a sales team
Strong communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
A passion for helping people grow
Growth mindset
A full UK driving licence
