Requirements
The Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for winning new business and expanding strategic client relationships.
You'll lead opportunities from first conversation through to long-term partnership, working with senior stakeholders at major brands. This is a consultative, insight-led sales role where understanding client challenges and shaping compelling solutions is key.
You'll collaborate closely with Campaign Management, Marketing and the wider commercial team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery.

* Build and develop relationships with prospective clients
* Identify, manage and close new business opportunities
* Engage multiple stakeholders across brand, marketing and insights teams
* Develop strong understanding of client objectives, audiences and challenges
* Create and present compelling proposals and commercial cases
* Manage opportunities from discovery through to commitment
* Lead negotiations and secure long-term partnerships
* Introduce new ideas and solutions, confidently handling objections
* Support client onboarding alongside the Campaign Management team
* Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Experience & Skills:
Essential
* Proven experience in B2B new business or business development
* Strong consultative sales approach with multi-stakeholder deals
* Experience selling into CPG/FMCG or marketing-related environments
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Desirable
* Experience in sampling, retail media, MarTech or digital marketing
* Understanding of CPG brand structures and marketing strategies
* French or German language skills
