* Experienced in a customer‑focused role
* Able to use your own initiative to solve problems and move tasks forward
* Highly competent with IT systems – especially Excel and Word
* Familiar with SAP (an advantage, but not essential – full training provided)
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all departmental correspondence
* Logging breakdowns and scheduling Engineers to meet customer response times
* Coordinating service and calibration visits in line with maintenance contracts
* Preparing quotes and arranging dispatch of parts to customer sites
* Invoicing jobs upon completion
* Taking ownership of tasks from start to finish, ensuring smooth workflows
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Maintaining accurate records and databases in accordance with company quality procedures

Salary DOE
Benefits: Flexible bank holidays, company pension (auto enrol) and private healthcare scheme. (after 18 months)
Holiday entitlement 23 days rising to 25 days in year 2.
