Job Title: Sustainability Compliance Lead
We are looking for a Sustainability Compliance Lead to join the Frontier team, based at Witham St Hugh’s, Lincoln, on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working options, with the right candidate working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home. Travel to other Frontier sites and event venues across the UK will be required at times.
You will coordinate and deliver ESG and Sustainability compliance reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to our business, supporting the delivery of Frontier Agriculture's sustainability strategy, The Responsible Choice, throughout the company.

About You
* Expert knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices
* Experience as a sustainability advisor
* Knowledge of the industry sector (desirable)
* Strong relationship-building skills across the business, acting as a trusted advisor
* Ability to balance strategic overview with attention to detail
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
* Technical proficiency in interpreting and applying ESG legislative changes
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with data collection databases
* Accurate, detail-oriented work ethic
* Adaptability to a growing and diverse business environment
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and within a team
Your Role
As a Sustainability Compliance Lead, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising internal and external ESG and sustainability reporting to ensure compliance with all relevant policies and requirements
* Coordinating and collating data for ESG and sustainability reports
* Monitoring ESG risks and opportunities, feeding insights into the risk management process
* Handling scope 3 emissions calculations and reporting aligned with business strategy
* Providing technical support for sustainability initiatives
* Supporting the implementation of Frontier’s ESG strategy, The Responsible Choice
* Managing the ESG legal Register to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
* Advising on ESG and sustainability compliance landscape, especially related to Agriculture and supply chain
* Managing relationships with third-party sustainability consultants and advisors
