About the Role
As the General Manager of Innoflate Livingston, you will take the lead in running a vibrant, fast-paced inflatable adventure park. You’ll drive exceptional safety standards, deliver memorable customer experiences, and create a positive, energetic culture for your team. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a lively, people-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
* Lead all day-to-day park operations, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and visitor satisfaction
* Oversee Duty Managers and ensure all operational, cleaning, and safety checklists are completed
* Maintain effective staffing levels across all areas of the venue
* Deliver smooth and efficient café service with full adherence to food safety standards
* Manage stock levels, cleanliness, and timely service
* Oversee successful party and group event delivery
Reception & Guest Experience
* Manage booking diaries, monitor capacity, and optimise usage
* Ensure all reception staff are fully trained in brand standards
* Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly
Health & Safety
* Complete daily venue safety checks
* Ensure compliance with all fire safety, food safety, and operational regulations
* Escalate any issues immediately to the Senior Leadership Team
People & Culture
* Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding visitor experiences
* Lead monthly team meetings and ongoing development plans
* Maintain a positive, fun, and collaborative environment
* Manage payroll, banking, petty cash, and invoice submissions
* Support revenue generation and maintain cost control in line with company forecasts
* Present monthly performance updates to the Senior Leadership Team
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 3 years’ management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Eligibility to work in the UK
