Accounts Payable Administrator - Maternity Cover

8am - 4.30pm
A Bit About The Role.....
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Payable Administrator for a maternity contract who can confidently manage weekly payment runs and process expenses with accuracy. You'll be reliable under deadlines, proactive in resolving discrepancies, and comfortable communicating with colleagues and suppliers. Strong Excel skills and experience with finance systems will help you thrive in this role.
Some Of Your Responsibilities
* Weekly Payment run preparation and payments, sending of remittances.
* Processing & Payment of Employee expenses
* Reconciling of Credit cards
* Proforma & Immediate Payments
* Review Goods Received In Not Invoiced
* Review Supplier Ledger & Creditor reports
* Reconciling car and Van type expenses (Dart Tag / ULEZ / CC)
* Purchase of Sundry items for NPD, Marketing and others
* Supplier Maintenance and creation of new suppliers
* Some 3 way matching of Purchase Stock invoices and credits
* Some Processing of Service type invoices
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience in an Accounts Payable position and ideally expenses.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident liaising with external suppliers and internal managers.
* Confident user of financial/expenses systems, ideally Dynamics 365 or another ERP system
* Excellent Administrative skills with competent use of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
* Hardworking, conscientious and take pride in your work
* Happy to work to tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
