The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Sheffield area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Shunter/ Driver (CAT C+E) to join the team on afters
Hours:Tuesday - Friday (with occasional Saturday), 13:00pm starts
Tuesday to Thursday will be driving and Friday will be shunting.
Pay Rate:£13.85 per hour PAYE, rising to £14.60 after 12 weeks
Location:Sheffield, S9
Job Type: Temp to perm after 12 weeks
The role:
. Delivering palletised parcel to sub-depots and collection units
. Driver will be required to unload and load the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck
Perform shunting of trailers within the yard to ensure efficient operations.
Safely maneuver vehicles in tight and busy spaces.
Conduct pre and post operation vehicle inspections to ensure safety and reliability.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
