The successful candidate will have:
* Previous paralegal experience within corporate law or a related transactional practice area
* Experience gained within a City or international law firm, or a comparable in-house legal environment
* A strong interest in Sustainability & ESG, with a desire to develop expertise in this rapidly growing space
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment
* A strong academic record
