Someone who gets that compliance isn’t paperwork, it’s the backbone of quality. You’ll be the go-to on everything technical in this busy factory. That means leading the quality team, upskilling, driving performance and steering audits from panic mode to “no problem.” You’ll also be the person who helps everyone else get better at what they do. Production, Engineering, Warehouse - they’ll all look to you for what “good” really looks like. This isn’t a clipboard role. You’ll be hands-on, knee-deep in improvement projects, spotting the things others miss, and fixing what slows people down.
