Senior Insight Analyst Location: Leeds (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office)
The Company A leading UK media brand is looking for a commercially-minded Senior Insight Analyst to join their high-performing commercial insights team. The role is focused on analysing advertiser performance across both traditional and digital channels, with the goal of helping shape advertising strategy, media performance, and campaign effectiveness insights.
The Role As a Senior Insight Analyst, you'll deliver cross-platform campaign analysis, develop media effectiveness narratives, and support key internal stakeholders with insight-led recommendations. This role sits within the Commercial Insight function, part of a broader analytics and research division, and will work closely with the commercial, sales, and digital teams.
Campaign & Commercial Insights
~- Evaluate and prove campaign effectiveness including brand lift and ROI.
~- Support campaign performance analysis across TV, VoD, YouTube, and social.
~- Turn complex campaign and media data into actionable insights for business recommendations.
~ Cross-Platform & Digital Media
~- Measure and predict performance using survey data and digital metrics.
~- Lead on digital media analysis and provide visibility across VoD, YouTube, and social platforms.
~ Work closely with sales and commercial teams to prioritise briefs and manage requests.
~- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
~- Proven experience in campaign effectiveness and media performance reporting.
~- Ability to analyse survey and behavioural data together.
~ Hands-on with dashboarding tools (Power BI or Tableau).
~- Experience with TechEdge, TGI, Nielsen Ad Spend, or YouTube analytics.
~- Familiarity with SQL, survey tools, and audience segmentation methods.
Hybrid work: 3 days per week onsite in Leeds
