Atlas Copco Compressors is looking for a collaborative and organised Field Service Supervisor to support service operations across the North West region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and delivering excellent service.
As part of the North West operational leadership team, you will play an important role in supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. You’ll help guide field teams, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to continuous improvement across the region.
1. Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day coordination of field service activities to ensure smooth and effective delivery
2. Help lead, coach, and support field service technicians and apprentices, encouraging development and teamwork
3. Build positive relationships with customers, responding to queries and ensuring a high standard of service
4. Contribute to achieving regional operational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
5. Work closely with the planning team to support scheduling and resource coordination
6. Assist with safety audits and ensure accurate and timely documentation
7. Provide support for workshop-related activities when needed
8. Champion a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
9. Monitor regional connectivity performance and collaborate with the diagnostic team to resolve issues

10. Experience in customer service and/or technical operations
11. Experience in a supervisory or team support role, or similar leadership experience
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
