Are you an enthusiastic individual with knowledge of UK regulatory and governance requirements for clinical trials? Do you want to support research delivery across Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and the University of Leeds? Do you enjoy leading discussions and working on diverse projects?
We seek a dedicated individual to join the University of Leeds and Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust QA office, overseeing monitoring and oversight of clinical trials.
The university and hospital trust sponsor in-house studies, including Clinical Trials of Investigational Medicinal Products (CTIMPs), managed in compliance with Medicines for Human Use Clinical Trials Regulations. The joint QA function offers guidance and a common regulatory framework for researchers across both organizations.
You will monitor a portfolio of LTHT and UoL sponsored studies against Good Clinical Practice standards, clinical trial regulations, and UK policies. Responsibilities include leading site visits, central monitoring, trial management, and governance activities from within the QA office.
