This position is responsible for maintaining a well-presented breakfast environment, ensuring food availability and quality, and providing friendly, engaging service that reflects our “Take Care” culture.

Key Responsibilities Guest Experience
1. Provide a warm, genuine welcome to all guests, creating a positive first impression of the day
2. Deliver attentive, personalised service, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly
3. Assist guests with breakfast options, dietary requirements, and general enquiries
4. Maintain a visible and approachable presence throughout service
Buffet Service
5. Set up the breakfast buffet to brand standards prior to service
6. Ensure all food, beverages, and equipment are fully stocked, fresh, and attractively presented
7. Continuously replenish buffet items throughout service
8. Serve hot beverages and support table service where required
9. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery
Cleanliness & Food Safety
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised breakfast area at all times
11. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently during service
12. Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures in line with company and legal standards
13. Ensure all equipment and service areas are cleaned and reset after service
Operational Support
14. Assist with food preparation tasks (. cold buffet items, basic breakfast setup)
15. Monitor stock levels and communicate requirements to the supervisor
16. Complete opening and closing duties, including buffet breakdown
17. Support wider F&B operations as required
What We’re Looking For
18. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is desirable
19. A passion for delivering excellent guest service
20. Strong communication and teamwork skills
21. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
22. Knowledge of food hygiene practices is preferred
