The Global Catalog Operations team at Amazon is seeking highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing and correcting data in our retail catalog. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. Proficiency in written and verbal English is essential.
Key job responsibilities
1. Follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform audit tasks ensuring accuracy and productivity.
2. Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently using guidelines and SOPs.
3. Make logical decisions during auditing tasks and when dealing with ambiguity.
4. Thoroughly check product details to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
5. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns to enhance business results.
6. Provide feedback to streamline processes for more consistent and high-quality results.
7. Review multiple sources to validate catalog data when necessary.
8. Identify patterns in browsing and auditing to develop guidelines and SOPs for improved outcomes.
9. Be flexible to meet evolving business requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading)
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Advanced knowledge of Excel
