IT Service Desk Analyst - £20 - 25k - Newcastle Upon Tyne An established client of ours in the professional services sector are looking for an IT Service desk analyst to join their internal IT department, on a permanent basis. Joining a team and reporting to the Head of IT, the successful candidate will respond to issues related to hardware, software, network systems, and other IT concerns, ensuring their business operations are maintained with minimal disruption. This is an office-based role in their Newcastle upon Tyne office, so applicants must be within a commutable distance of the area and comfortable working on-site Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the latest technologies and develop your IT skills further with lots of hands-on training alongside the IT team. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client support inquiries. Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior technical staff. Maintain accurate issue tracking and documentation. Deliver high-quality customer service and follow-up. Requirements: 2 years experience in IT support or a helpdesk role. Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. Familiarity with various operating systems and IT fundamentals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Relevant IT or Computer Science qualification preferred.
