We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Government Services on a full-time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food that brightens our clients' and customers' days, within the market-leading food service company in the UK. What you'll be doing:
* Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights our clients and customers
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Acting on customer feedback to enhance our offerings
* Supporting the creation of new menus and food concepts
* Representing ESS and maintaining a positive brand image
* Monitoring inventories to ensure kitchens are well-stocked
* Maintaining hygiene standards through kitchen cleaning responsibilities
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Safety regulations

* Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, checking taste, presentation, and quality
* Ensuring all food preparation adheres to hygiene procedures
* Supporting all kitchen areas as needed
* Serving food promptly and working efficiently during busy periods
