We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Cook/Deli Manager to join our well established team working within Blue Diamond Cadbury Garden Centre.
The successful applicant will have the drive and enthusiasm to create outstanding displays, taking pride in delivering the finest quality products to our customers, understanding the ins and outs of managing a busy environment, balancing the needs of the shop and with a keen interest in creating new and innovative products.
Key Qualification/Attributes
Background managing a good quality Deli counter or working in a kitchen.
Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
Managing a business unit - from ordering products to being responsible for sales, margins and shop performance.
Interest and understanding for fine foods and current trends.
Good administrative and IT skills.
The position is full time working on a rota across a 7 day week.
Full training and support will be given in the production of our award winning fine foods.
Rate of pay from £13.00/hr depending upon experience.
