Employability Coach
to join our team.
In this role, you'll:
Work one-to-one with clients to boost confidence and job readiness
Deliver engaging workshops on CV writing, interview skills, and career planning
Support individuals to overcome barriers and achieve their employment goals
Build strong relationships with employers, training providers, and community partners
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Experience in employability, training, or career guidance
A positive, proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping others succeed

Salary: £19 - £24 p/h depending on experience
